Got a question?

When is the app launching?
We’re getting SHNB ready for launch. If you own a barbershop, register your interest now and we’ll reach out before launch.
How do I pay?
Pay in cash at the shop at your appointment, or by card (mada, Visa or Apple Pay). You can also take money off the price with SHNB Points.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, at least one hour before your appointment, up to three cancellations a month. If you paid by card, the amount goes back to your bank account automatically, and any points you used go back to your points balance.
What are SHNB points for?
Every riyal you spend on a completed booking earns 2 points, and you redeem them as a discount on your next appointments: every 100 points is one riyal. A booking paid with points doesn’t earn new points. Points expire a year after you earn them, and we remind you a month before.
I own a barbershop. How do I join?
Sign up on the business dashboard and add your shop, barbers and services. Once your details are reviewed and approved, your shop appears to SHNB customers.
Does the barber need a separate app?
No. Barbers use the same SHNB app with their own account: the owner gives them a link code from the dashboard, the barber enters it once, and then manages their appointments from their phone.
Is my data safe?
We only collect what a booking needs, and handle it according to our privacy policy.
